The Quest to 63 - National Park #3 - Carlsbad Caverns

The quest for Link and I to visit all 63 national parks together continues for Austin and Link the adventure cat during their move from Austin, Texas to Denver, Colorado. During this trip we stopped at our first 5 parks throughout Texas, New Mexico and Colorado continuing with Carlsbad Caverns National Park in Southern New Mexico. Luckily, the staff here allowed Link to enter the park as long as she remained in her back back. This was a really cool national park and probably one of my favorites to date. The temp is a constant 60-70 degrees and a perfect way to beat the desert heat.
