Instructions

While standing with dumbbells out to your side and palms facing inward, raise the dumbbells up and away from your body, once the dumbbells reach shoulder height, rotate your palms so they are facing outward, and lower the dumbbells.

Forward Raise with a Twist

Instructions

While standing with dumbbells in front of you and palms facing down, raise the dumbbells up and in front of your body, once the dumbbells reach shoulder height, rotate your palms so they are facing up, and lower the dumbbells.

Swimmers with Plates

Instructions

Laying flat on the ground while holding the weights at arm's length in front of you, bring the weights to your lower back while bringing your chest up, then return to the starting position

Instructions
